CCF Commemorates Rising From the Ashes

CCF, a manufacturer of dovetail drawers located 30 miles northeast of Pittsburgh, likes to think of itself as the phoenix bird of drawer manufacturers. That’s because in April 2014, an explosion rocked CCF’s facilities spreading fire and destroying the company’s 16,000 square-foot drawer manufacturing facility.
The blaze was likely caused by a static spark in CCF’s finishing department and forced the company to establish temporary operations in a nearby building. A year and a half later, in October 2015, the company moved into a fully rebuilt facility that is 7,000 square feet larger than the original space. Since then, CCF has been growing steadily, and that progress is illustrated by the recent launch of an updated website.  Read more
