  • Attendee Dinner – Sponsors will be recognized at the dinner and include permission to have branded napkins or gifts at tables (sponsor to provide) 
  • Event Transportation – This sponsorship supports the plant tour buses and puts your company name and logo on signage on the bus.
  • Lanyards (No longer available) – Sponsor has the opportunity to provide branded lanyards for attendee name badges and schedule-at-a-glance 
  • Lunch Sponsorship – WCMA social events encourage the sharing of knowledge and networking that is so vital to the industry. Sponsoring a group meal includes signage at the luncheon. 
  • Event Transportation – This sponsorship supports the plant tour buses and puts your company name and logo on signage on the bus
  • Mobile App Sponsorship – Get recognized every time an attendee opens the mobile app to check the schedule, find the correct event space, or get directions to the next plant tour. This sponsorship places your company name and logo on the app's front page, providing premium recognition.
  • Opening Night Reception – Sponsors will be recognized as attendees enjoy refreshments and network. Signage at reception will include your company logo. Opportunity to have branded napkins at food or bar station, or gifts/literature at tables (sponsor to provide)

  • Registration Desk Giveaway/Welcome Gift -  Sponsor provides item. Suggestions include pens, notebooks, bags, water bottles, or other premium items. WCMA staff will handle distribution to attendees. WCMA must approve.


All sponsorships include: Banner ad on convention page website, signage at event, recognition in printed materials, recognition in event mobile app.​
