JANUARY 22, 2026 (Elkhart, Ind.) - American Millwork, a leading provider of high-quality architectural millwork and moulding solutions, is proud to announce two key additions to its leadership team: Brian Gibson has been promoted to the newly created role of Vice President of Business and Supply Chain Management, and Ryan Wagley has joined the company as Operations Manager.

These appointments reflect American Millwork’s commitment to scaling its infrastructure, elevating product quality through manufacturing precision, and ensuring a resilient supply chain in an evolving market.

Brian Gibson Promoted to Vice President of Business and Supply Chain Management
In this inaugural role, Brian Gibson will spearhead strategies designed to fortify the company’s product offerings and deepen customer relationships. His primary focus will be identifying efficiencies to deliver greater value to partners, managing and evolving the supply chain to ensure consistency and reliability, and aligning business operations with long-term market demands.

Ryan Wagley Joins as Operations Manager
Bringing a wealth of diverse experience from within the moulding industry, Ryan Wagley joins the team to oversee daily manufacturing and production. Ryan’s unique background offers a "360-degree" view of the industry, having held roles ranging from direct production line work to sales and scheduling. Ryan’s comprehensive expertise includes sales strategy and manufacturing logistics with proven success in scheduling, workflow management and revenue growth. Ryan also brings practical knowledge of manufacturing processes gained from years of frontline experience.
